Jason Brewster

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Brewster is President of Anconia Resources Corp, as well as serving as Partner of Billiken Management Services, a full service exploration management consulting company. Mr. Brewster received his M.Sc. in mining engineering from the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, England and his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. For 14 years Mr. Brewster has been active in all facets of the mining industry from grass roots prospecting to being instrumental in bringing a mine out of care and maintenance back into production.

Denis Clement


Denis A. Clement is a director of CGX Energy Inc., an oil and gas issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Clement has 27 years of experience in corporate finance, law and management. He is Chairman of DNI Metals Inc. and a director of Azabache Oil & Gas Inc., both TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. Mr. Clement is also a founder and board member of a number of private oil and gas and mining enterprises.

James M. Franklin PhD FRSC P Geo


Jim Franklin is an exploration geologist with over 40 years experience, focusing on discovering base metal-, uranium- and gold-bearing ore deposits. He is a graduate of Carleton University (BSc, MSc) and the University of Western Ontario (PhD). He taught at Lakehead University (1969 – 1975), and then joined the Geological Survey of Canada, where he directed major research programs on base metal and gold deposits in the Canadian Shield, and coordinated the GSC’s marine minerals program,

which culminated in the discovery of a major deposit at Middle Valley on Canada’s Juan de Fuca Ridge. As Chief Geoscientist of the GSC from 1993 until 1998, he was responsible for coordinating GSC’s entire scientific program. Currently he is the director of three exploration companies and sits on numerous advisory boards for mining companies. He also sits on advisory or management boards for the Canadian Scientific Submersible Facility, the Canadian Mining Innovation Council, The Mining Industry Human Resources Council, Society of Economic Geologists Canadian Foundation, and NRCan’s Earth Science and Minerals and Metals sectors advisory boards.

He has received GAC’s Logan and Duncan R Derry medals, CIM’s Selwyn Blaylock, A.O. Dufresne, Distinguished Lecturer and Julian Boldy Memorial awards and. SEG’s Thayer Lindsley and Distinguished Lecturer awards. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, a registered professional geologist in the Province of Ontario, and an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s, Laurentian and Ottawa Universities. He is a Past President of both the Geological Association of Canada and the Society of zEconomic Geologists. He has published over 196 papers and book chapters, and innumerable abstracts.

John Sadowski


Mr. Sadowski is the former President of the Citadel Gold Mines, which became Anconia Resources Corp. subsequent to a reverse takeover transaction. Mr. Sadowski has over forty years’ experience as a prospector and bush pilot.

Michael Florence


Mr. Florence is an executive at Apotex Inc., the largest Canadianowned pharmaceutical company. He is also an executive at Sherfam Inc., a holding company which through its subsidiaries operates in the pharmaceutical industry. In July 2010, Mr. Florence was elected as a director of Counsel Corporation, a TSX listed private equity investor and an alternative asset manager. Mr. Florence received his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Toronto in May 1958. Although no longer active, Mr. Florence obtained his C.A. designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1961.

Harvey McKenzie

Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Mr. Mckenzie is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years’ accounting experience, including seven years with an international public accounting firm. He is currently the CFO and Corporate Secretary of Anconia Resources Corp. and Eurotin Inc. and as a Director and the CFO of Manor Global Inc. During the past ten years, Mr. McKenzie has served as CFO of several Canadian publicly listed exploration, development and producing mining companies. His public-company experience includes the TSX, TSXV and AIM, giving him a solid grasp of global reporting standards, IFRS and consolidation of reporting for worldwide entities. Mr. McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
